Tuition payment is due each quarter. To avoid being dropped for non-payment, please make payment before the deadline. If you drop after the 100% refund period and have not paid your tuition, you are responsible for paying 60% of the class(es) dropped during the 40% refund period. After the 40% refund period, if you drop and have not paid tuition you are responsible for paying 100% of the class(es) dropped. Tuition and fees are subject to change by the Washington State Legislation. Additional fees may be associated with specific courses. For questions about charges on your account, please email the cashier’s office.
The amount of the refund depends on the date you drop or withdraw. If it is after the 40% refund deadline, no refund is issued. To request an exception, you can submit a registration petition for an exception to the policy. Exceptions will only be approved under certain conditions.
Highline College will produce a 1098-T Tuition Statement form for students enrolled for qualifying tuition and class fees for the calendar year.
